The contacts list

| Reference | Your own reference for the contact |
| Shipping Address | Where you ship to |
| Billing Address | The address you send bills to |
| Created At | When the contact was created |
| Created By | Who created it |
| Updated At | When it was last changed |
| Updated By | Who last changed it |
The built-in views are All, People and Organisations. All shows everything. People shows individuals. Organisations shows companies. The search box filters by Type, Tags, Created or Company.
Ticked rows bring up a bar at the top of the list. Bulk actions on contacts lists what it does. The Actions menu beside Create Contact holds Import and Export where your role allows them.
A saved view keeps the filters, search, sort and columns it was saved with. Work boards and tasks covers filters, saved views and selecting rows.
When you search or sort, the link in the address bar changes with you. Copy it to keep this list or send it to someone. More contacts load as you scroll to the foot of the table. A copied link opens at the top of the list, however far you scrolled.
The CRM and Contacts tabs are at the top of the page. The CRM tab shows only a Coming Soon message.
Before you start
Phone numbers show in the format for your organisation’s country. If you switch organisations, a foreign number can look different.
You can keep up to 50 saved views of your own on each list.
